A few months after breaking up with her boyfriend, she was browsing the internet and saw an image of herself posted on a social site she frequently visited accompanied by some rather rude and disparaging commentary. When she clicked on the picture, it brought her to another image of her, and then another, followed by another which turned out to be screen caps or still images from the (private) live webcam show she gave her now ex boyfriend over 2 years prior.
Apparently, a third party that was watching the (what she thought was private) live webcam show had recorded the show to his computer, and posted the video on his adult weblog that featured "amateurs". Others quickly found and spread the video which became global (a.k.a. viral) within only minutes after she originally "performed" for her then boyfriend. Those that had it, shared it until someone recognized her, and sent it to her ex boyfriend's profile page asking if it was his ex girlfriend, to which he replied, "yes", although he was not the one who spread it around.

This circumstances this story represents are far too common, and happens thousands of times a day to people of all ages. While it takes only seconds to ruin your life by sextcasting, you may not even know it until it is far too late to even attempt to remedy the situation.
